Was recommended to Breen for a small repair I needed that I was not comfortable to tackle myself. Owner came out and took a look. Sent an installer over a few days later and sent a more than reasonable bill. We talked quickly about what life I have left and wasn't led to feel I needed a roof anytime soon.
